Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected events can happen in everyone’s life. Out of respect for all clients and for the time I dedicate to each session, the following policies are honored:

24-Hour Notice
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client to book that time.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service, which must be paid prior to your next appointment.

No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged the full amount of the missed session.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate clients scheduled after you. Depending on your arrival time, your treatment may need to be adjusted.
Regardless of the time remaining, the full session fee will apply.
Out of respect and consideration for everyone’s time, please plan to arrive promptly.
